Ways to Encounter the Stress Level Through Islamic Ways

Islam is the largest religion throughout the world. Some acts are important to remove the stress level. The human sense of humor will also be reduced with the high-stress level. Here are some basic ways are given below:

1. Increase Zikar

This is the only way to remembrance Allah. A Muslim, who continuously busy in doing zikar will get a greater reward from Allah. In the Quran, Allah Almighty said: those who believe will get comfort in the remembrance of Allah.

2. Read the Quran daily:
Make a habit to read the Quran daily, through this one can get the unlimited reward from Allah, as well as it seems easy to decrease the stress level. Spare time becomes the reason for stuck in different thoughts as well as involvement in a bad habit. Our beloved prophet (PBUH) said The Qur'an is a remedy for mental ills”

3. Increase prayers
Recent studies have confirmed the physiological effect on humans of meditation, regardless of their type depends on prayers. Most of these meditations are done by concentrating on something, repeating certain words and breathing.

4. Perform a bath
The most important component of relaxation is the rituals of success. The rituals are simple, for example, to take a bath daily and fulfill all the requirements of Islam. However, the bath must be performed properly, it is not like just to touch the right parts of the body with water, all the body part need a message.

5. Ask for forgiveness

Even if a person has done nothing wrong, he must secure the forgiveness of Allah. Ask for the forgiveness daily, if you want to get extra attention from Allah.  It is said that pray for your Lord for the purpose of forgiveness because Allah is so kind that he forgives every person.

6. Think positive
Muslims should forget about bad moments from the past, and think about good things, with hope for the best. Attempts to change the past are nothing more than a waste of time. the Prophet (PBUH) said, the words “if” would open the way to Shaitan. Also, it is reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and welcome, said:

"Know that victory comes after patients, and relief comes after difficulties."

Muslims understand that there is no reason to panic in a crisis situation: this is not a reason to be upset and worried because we know that truly, behind the weight is lightness.

7. Do not waste your time thinking about stress or fear

Free time is one of the most common causes of stress. Laziness is the mother of all evil, and the Prophet (PBUH) ordered us to seek protection from Allah. Muslims must understand that life is short and time is precious: we must try to work hard and achieve decent knowledge.
